Welcome to HobbsGo.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including the purchase of pet supplies, relocation services, and grooming appointments. By accessing our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General Services

HobbsGo provides a "one-stop solution" for dogs and cats, categorized into:

  • E-commerce: Sale of pet food, accessories, and clothing.

  • Relocation: Assistance with domestic and international pet transport.

  • Grooming: Scheduling and provision of pet grooming services.

2. E-commerce & Product Sales

  • Accuracy: We strive to display product colors and details accurately; however, we cannot guarantee your monitor's display will be exact.

  • Pricing: All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

  • Returns & Refunds: Items must be returned in original packaging within 7 days. Perishable goods (food) and used hygiene products are non-returnable.

3. Pet Relocation Services

By booking a relocation service, you acknowledge:

  • Compliance: You are responsible for providing accurate medical records and vaccination history for the pet.

  • Regulations: International relocation is subject to the laws of the destination country. HobbsGo is not responsible for delays caused by customs, airline changes, or government quarantine requirements.

  • Liability: While we prioritise pet safety, HobbsGo acts as a facilitator between carriers and owners. Specific liability limits for transit will be provided in your service contract.

4. Grooming Appointments

  • Health & Safety: Owners must disclose any aggressive behaviour or medical conditions (e.g., heart issues, skin allergies) before the session.

  • Cancellations: Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to stop a grooming session if the pet poses a danger to itself or the groomer.

5. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate account information.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Misuse of the website for fraudulent activities is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

HobbsGo.com and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to travel delays in relocation or minor nicks/scratches during grooming.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, India.
