Return Window

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unopened and Unaltered Only: Items must be unopened, unused, and unaltered. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or modified in any way.
  • Original Condition: Items must be in their original packaging with all seals intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Defective Items

We will accept returns for packaged food or items that are defective, damaged during shipping, or received in unsatisfactory condition, even if opened. This includes:

  • Damaged or broken items upon arrival
  • Defective products that do not function as intended
  • Spoiled or contaminated food products
  • Items that are significantly different from what was ordered

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

How to Initiate a Return

  • Other Eligible Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Items sent back without return authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved Returns: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Rejected Returns: If the item does not meet our return criteria (opened, altered, or past 7 days), we will notify you and may return the item to you at your expense.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.
