You don’t need to pay an agency upfront, because even if you hire one, you’ll still be helping with all the paperwork anyway.

You need to come at least 3-4 hours before the departure of your flight.

You must obtain a negative rabies antibody test -authorized result from an authorized lab of the destination country, for example, a CDC-approved laboratory for the USA, and the result should be > 0.5 IU/ml. Your local veterinarian can assist you in doing an anti-rabies antibody titration test by following a 30-day anti-rabies vaccination. You cannot travel with your pet 90 days before the test.
